Above are the files for the information handed out at the parent meeting.
Breakdown of the audition process:
1. Students are encouraged to attend the pre-audition workshop on Tuesday, October 20 from 4:15-6:00pm.
2. Students must bring their audition permission form WITH the $120 pay-to-participate fee into the office no later than Friday, October 23rd at 4:00pm
3. Starting Tuesday, October 20th, Mrs. Basset will process the form and payment and create a "Blue" slip that students will bring to them at auditions to show they paid and submitted a permission form. These slips will be available on a rolling basis (daily) in the front office (taped to the front desk) starting at the end of the day on Tuesday, October 20th.
4. Audition materials will be available starting on Tuesday, October 20th AFTER the workshop.
