Ticket Pre-Orders
We did not receive many pre-orders. Please consider sending in orders for tickets for your family and friends ahead of time - this will really help us in our ticket sale process. You can find the form HERE. Please send it in no later than Wednesday, January 17.
Ticket Selling
We need parents to help volunteer to sell tickets! We are selling starting this Wednesday, January 17. Please consider signing up HERE.
Volunteering
As a reminder, we ask a certain level of volunteerism from each family.
As a reminder, we are asking each family to donate to our concessions. Thank you to our Concessions chair, Melanie West, for organizing this effort! Please find the assignments below (based on cast vs. crew and last name). Please bring in concessions donations on Monday, January 22 during the Dress rehearsal. Please label donations with your name so we can account for you!
You can see specific instructions below about what options to bring in. Costco, Sam’s Club, Target and GFS are all good places to go for these items.

Set Help
Thank you to everyone who has been helping with the set! And a huge thank you to Adam Acey for organizing our set building effort! We have a few more small things to accomplish this week. If you are available during our rehearsals at all this week to come in a help with a few things, please email me and let me know.
Promote the Show
Students were sent home with flyers last week. Please help us promote the show by hanging up the flyers around our community to places that you frequent! I have also attached a copy of the flyer so that you can share it on social media and email it out to friends/family.
Cast Party
We are excited to announce an exciting Cast Party this year! Thank you to Roan Isaku for organizing this event! The Cast Party will be on Saturday, January 27th at Emagine Royal Oak from 11:30-1:30pm! The cost of the party is $20 per person and includes pizza, drinks, and an exclusive Once Upon A Mattress themed Photo Booth! Please consider having your student attend - family is welcome as well! The students definitely deserve a fun wind down to celebrate what we know will be a great show! If you have financial concerns, please reach out to me. We want to encourage maximum participation. Please submit the Cast Party RSVP Form and payment by Friday, January 19. You can send in the form and payment (cash or check made payable to BCS) to the office.
Costume Needs
As a reminder, students should plan to bring in all components of their costumes in a labeled paper bag on Monday, January 22nd.
Set Strike
Please remember we need EVERYONE's help with Set Strike the Monday after the show. Please consider signing yourself or another member of your family to help. Set Strike is Monday, January 29 form 4:10-6pm. Sign Up HERE.
