Online Tournament Information
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: The tournament will operate completely online. Contestants will record & share a video recording of their performance to MIFA’s private YouTube playlist. Judges will watch the videos and provide feedback & scores via tabroom.com’s online balloting features. The BEAST will offer 3 preliminary rounds with 1 judge in each. Finalists will receive Certificates of Achievement and BEAST level internet fame.
YOUTUBE VIDEOS: There is a great one page document that helps explain how to shoot and upload the performance videos. You can find it HERE.
Dates and Deadlines
We also need parent volunteer judges! If you are interested in judging, please sign up at the same link for tournament sign up below. Judges must be able to watch 2-3 rounds between May 1 and May 3.
A special note for students in duo:
The online tournament will not be offering Duo. Students will need to pick a different category! We are happy to assist with this, just reach out to us and we will help get these students transitioned to a new category!

- Attend at least one Zoom Meetings and submit one practice video using Flipgrid by 4/27 (Details below)
- Upload your video and share the link w/ Mrs. Bassett by 4/29
- Watch the results live (details coming later) on May 3
